This module simply displays a selected article in a module position. Put articles anywhere! Articles can be edited from the frontend as well if the user has adequate permissions.

This has been forked and modified to be Joomla 2.5/3.x compatible from Ian MacLennan's CustomContent Module for Joomla 1.5.
