HartlessByDesign hosts the web applications I've created and want to make available to you. I'm also providing various Joomla services.

Below are some quick answers to some possible questions you may have:

Who are you?

My name is Alan. Hi! I've used Joomla since it's birth and Mambo for several years before that.

In addition to what is offered here, I've been an active developer for JFusion, a universal bridging solution that integrates various softwares into Joomla.

Why HartlessByDesign?

I know, sounds bad doesn't it?  But, I have my reasons with the first simply being that my last name is Hartless.  Secondly, I believe I was born into the Hartless family for a reason i.e. by design.  Therefore, I am Hartless by design.  Thirdly, I design!  :-)

Are the applications Open Source?

Yes! I firmly believe in open source thus releasing all my applications as open source. All applications are released under version 3 of the GNU General Public License.

What do I do if I need help?

Please feel free to contact me for help using the Contact link. I will be glad to help in whatever way I can to get the applications up and running for you. Also, feel free to make use of the forums.

Where do I report bugs or request features?

Can I get the applications customized to fit the my needs?

I would be glad to customize the applications for you if it is possible and within reason. But because my time is limited, I will have to charge for the time spent doing so. Please contact me with what you need and I will respond with an estimate.
